Restore the Signature Stance and Comfort of Your Audi A6
The air suspension system is a hallmark of the Audi A6 (C6) platform, providing a sublime balance of executive comfort and quattro-driven stability. However, a worn-out or failed compressor can leave your car grounded—literally. This common issue, especially prevalent in Allroad and Avant models, results in a harsh ride, a sagging rear end, and an unavoidable suspension fault warning.
This Biste Air Suspension Compressor is a complete, pre-assembled unit designed for a seamless, direct replacement of the original Wabco pump. It arrives ready to install with a new compressor, air dryer, and mounting brackets, allowing you to quickly and effectively get your Audi back to its proper, sophisticated posture.
MANDATORY INSTALLATION PROTOCOL - YOUR WARRANTY DEPENDS ON IT:To protect your new compressor and ensure its long-term reliability, following these steps is not optional—it is required.
CHECK THE SYSTEM FOR LEAKS: The #1 killer of new air compressors is a pre-existing leak in an air spring, valve block, or airline. This forces the compressor to overwork and burn out, often within days or weeks. The system MUST be leak-tested and repaired before installing this new unit.
REPLACE THE RELAY: The compressor's power relay (Relay #643 in the driver's side plenum chamber) is a critical wear item. A sticking old relay can keep the compressor running after shutdown, destroying it. ALWAYS install a new relay with your new compressor.
