Warranty Policy

At BISTE Parts, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our air suspension components and related automotive products. This Limited Warranty Policy is designed to protect our global partners—distributors, wholesalers, repair shops and OEM/private label clients—by clearly defining coverage, limitations and the simple steps to resolve any issues quickly and fairly

Warranty Period

All BISTE Parts products are covered from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product category:
 24 Months / 2 Years Limited Warranty
  •     Air Suspension Shock Absorbers / Struts
  •     Air Suspension Compressors
 12 Months / 1 Year Limited Warranty:
  • Air suspension repair kits (including individual air springs, rubber sleeves, valve blocks, etc.)
  • Air suspension compressor kits
 
This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  Air leaks from factory-sealed seams or crimps.
  Failure of electronic components (e.g., solenoids on struts or valves).
  Mechanical failure of the compressor unit under normal operating conditions.
  Structural failure of the product that is not caused by external factors.

What This Warranty Covers / Does NOT Cover

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions for air suspension components supplied by BISTE Parts.To ensure fairness and clarity, this warranty does not cover issues arising from:

Improper Installation

Failures or damages resulting from incorrect installation, failure to follow the vehicle manufacturer's service procedures, or not replacing related critical components (e.g., failure to replace the old relay when installing a new air compressor). We strongly recommend all installations be performed by a certified automotive technician.

Labor and Related Costs

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part itself. It does not cover any labor costs for removal, installation, diagnosis, towing, vehicle rental, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

Misuse, Abuse, or Modification

Products used for racing, off-roading, commercial purposes (unless specified), or on modified vehicles are not covered. Any alteration to the original BISTE Parts product voids the warranty.

External Damage

Damage caused by accidents, collisions, road debris, chemical corrosion, or environmental hazards.

Normal Wear and Tear

The natural degradation of materials over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

System-Wide Issues

If a BISTE part fails due to a pre-existing or concurrent issue within the vehicle's air suspension system (e.g., a leaking line causing a compressor to overwork and burn out), the warranty may be void.

How to Initiate an Air Suspension Warranty Claim

We have designed a straightforward process to assist you. Please follow these steps:

Please do not return any air suspension part before contacting our team and receiving authorization.

  Step 1: Contact Us First

Before returning any product, please contact our support team at warranty@biste-parts.com. Do not ship a product back without prior authorization.

Step 2: Provide Necessary Documentation

  • Your original invoice number or proof of purchase.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • High-quality photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect and the product's part number/serial number.
  • For complex issues, a diagnostic report from a certified technician may be required.

Step 3: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If your claim is eligible for further inspection, our team will issue an RMA number and provide instructions on how to return the product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

Our Obligation (Resolution)

If the product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of this warranty, BISTE Parts will, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions:

  • Replace the defective part with a new one; OR
  • Repair the defective part; OR
  • Issue a credit to your account for the original purchase price of the part.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective product to BISTE Parts for inspection. If the warranty claim is approved, BISTE Parts will cover the shipping cost for the replacement part sent to the customer.

Disclaimer

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by BISTE Parts. It supersedes any other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

BISTE Parts reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
