This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Air leaks from factory-sealed seams or crimps.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions for air suspension components supplied by BISTE Parts.To ensure fairness and clarity, this warranty does not cover issues arising from:
Failures or damages resulting from incorrect installation, failure to follow the vehicle manufacturer's service procedures, or not replacing related critical components (e.g., failure to replace the old relay when installing a new air compressor). We strongly recommend all installations be performed by a certified automotive technician.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part itself. It does not cover any labor costs for removal, installation, diagnosis, towing, vehicle rental, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
Products used for racing, off-roading, commercial purposes (unless specified), or on modified vehicles are not covered. Any alteration to the original BISTE Parts product voids the warranty.
Damage caused by accidents, collisions, road debris, chemical corrosion, or environmental hazards.
The natural degradation of materials over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If a BISTE part fails due to a pre-existing or concurrent issue within the vehicle's air suspension system (e.g., a leaking line causing a compressor to overwork and burn out), the warranty may be void.
Step 1: Contact Us First
Before returning any product, please contact our support team at warranty@biste-parts.com. Do not ship a product back without prior authorization.
Step 2: Provide Necessary Documentation
Step 3: Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If your claim is eligible for further inspection, our team will issue an RMA number and provide instructions on how to return the product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
If the product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of this warranty, BISTE Parts will, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions:
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective product to BISTE Parts for inspection. If the warranty claim is approved, BISTE Parts will cover the shipping cost for the replacement part sent to the customer.
